lot-0001, title: residential construction in the kamenný vrch ii area, selection of contractor, description: the subject of the public contract is the realization of the construction named "kamenný vrch ii" (hereinafter referred to as "construction") according to the project documentation for the execution of the construction, which forms annex no. 5 of the tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as "pdps") and in accordance with the valid building permit for the set of buildings "residential construction kamenný vrch ii, stage 1, part i" and with the valid building permit for the set of buildings "residential construction kamenný vrch ii, stage 1, part ii". the subject of the public contract also includes related necessary construction and engineering activities. the subject of the public contract further includes consideration of geological and environmental conditions at the site of the construction, i.e., information and recommendations arising from the statements of the czech geological survey regarding the issue of possible occurrence of asbestos fibers in the underlying rocks and other technical documents, which together form annex no. 7 of the tender documentation; the contractor is also obliged, as part of the fulfillment of the public contract, to be prepared to take appropriate measures to reduce dust and protect health (especially to prevent dust swirling, moistening/spraying, suitable personal protective equipment, and safe handling of any excavated material) and to ensure monitoring of air quality in the vicinity of the nearest residential buildings (especially koniklecová and plachty streets) to the extent specified in the project documentation, the conditions of valid building permits, and other technical documents that form the annexes to the tender documentation. the contracting authority expects that the subject of the public contract in the scope of building object a1, including related infrastructure, will be co-financed from the state investment support fund (sfpi) within the call for "affordable rental housing". a detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including technical conditions in the details necessary for the preparation of the offer, is provided in the annexes to the tender documentation.
