lot-0001, title: provision of public catering services, description: provision of traditional public catering from august 1, 2026, to july 31, 2028, for the employees and beneficiaries of nurseries, mini-nurseries, and kindergartens maintained by the municipality of szeged, as well as educational institutions, dormitories, and vocational training institutions operating as part of the district center in the administrative area of szeged. in the case of lunch menus, a-b menu provision is required, except for the kindergarten and nursery age group. usage data: approximately annually on average • 934 dining heads for nurseries, • 3,578 dining heads for kindergartens, • 6,024 dining heads for primary schools, • 959 dining heads for secondary schools (of which 225 dining heads require summer child catering), • 561 dining heads for dormitory beneficiaries, and • 650 dining heads for employee (adult) catering. • annually, approximately 204,144 servings of breakfast, 1,523,365 servings of morning snack, 2,177,952 servings of hot lunch (of which 4,292 servings are for summer child catering), 1,460,653 servings of afternoon snack, and 44,975 servings of hot dinner for normal, dietary, and other special services are to be procured. • under the contract, approximately 11,926 servings of lunch/meal days are planned to be procured. the contracting authority plans to allow deviations from the specified quantity values by -20% and +10%, with the intention of entering into a contract as a result of the public procurement procedure, where the actual quantities to be utilized may differ from the quantities recorded in the public procurement procedure due to changes in numbers. these changes do not require a modification of the contract. the quantities specified in the kd are only planned, and the contracting authority is not obliged to make any call/order regarding them, and the winning bidder cannot claim damages or billing claims during the performance based on this, considering the provisions of point 2.1 of the technical description. the winning bidder will ensure the introduction and maintenance of self-service (so-called free serving) catering with a scheduled transition for the institutions specified in the kd and the technical description. the self-service serving system allows consumers to independently choose and portion from the available food according to their needs. consumers can choose any of the served dishes in any order and quantity. during the self-service (free serving) meal, the winning bidder is obliged to provide at least the following food selection during the meal time specified by the institution: • at least one type of soup • two types of main dishes.
