lot-0001, title: cleaning tasks at bmszki sites, description: the winning bidder is obliged to provide the following cleaning services in full upon direct order from the contracting authority: - daily, weekly, regular cleaning, - deep cleaning, - occasional cleaning, - disinfection services, - epidemiological tasks, - performing final disinfection cleaning, - providing on-call cleaning service. the use of impregnated cleaning technology is expected during cleaning. the cleaning technology is considered impregnated if it meets the technological description specified in point 2.3 of the technical description provided as part of the procurement documents. the total area to be cleaned is expected to be 80,000 square meters quarterly. the territorial scope of the framework agreement extends to all sites existing at the time of signing the framework agreement by the contracting authority, as well as to all properties located within the administrative area of budapest for which the contracting authority acquires the right to use during the duration of the framework agreement, and to all sites located within the administrative area of budapest that the contracting authority establishes during the existence of this framework agreement. the frequency of deep cleanings will be according to the direct order of the contracting authority, expected to be 2 times a year, at times agreed with the respective sites. further details, such as the amount of area to be cleaned per property affected by the service, as well as the definition of work types, are specified in the procurement documents. the contracting authority provides daytime or residential care or supported housing for homeless individuals, as per point h) of paragraph (1) of section 4 of act iii of 1993.
