lot-0001, title: design and execution of works for the project entitled "works on the diameter line in warsaw on the section warsaw wschodnia – warsaw zachodnia, stage iia", description: the subject of the order is the design and execution of works for the project entitled "works on the diameter line in warsaw on the section warsaw wschodnia – warsaw zachodnia, stage iia". the basic scope includes: execution: a) necessary project documentation including construction, executive, technical/technological projects, obtaining necessary administrative decisions and executing works related to the reconstruction of the warsaw wschodnia station (along with adjacent sections) from the warsaw wschodnia station to wybrzeze szczecinskie street and the construction of a new railway line connecting railway lines no. 7 and 9 along with the construction, reconstruction, and demolition of buildings, b) necessary project documentation including construction, executive, technical/technological projects, obtaining necessary administrative decisions and executing works related to the installation of the csdip system with adaptation of the lan/wan network and modernization of telecommunication sewage at the p.o. ochota, p.o. sródmiescie, p.o. powisle and the warsaw central station. the description of the option rights and the interface option is located in section 5.1.1 purpose, in the field: "description of options". the entire subject of the order includes the execution of the following elements: 1) project documentation necessary for the proper execution of all construction works and obtaining all required opinions, agreements, approvals, conditions, decisions, and permits necessary for the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the indicated scope; 2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the order and all preparatory works necessary for the execution of the subject of the agreement and all activities required by law, including works in the areas: a) track systems with subgrade, works around the track and drainage, b) railway-road crossings and crossings at the level of the rails, c) new roads, sidewalks, pedestrian-bicycle paths along with drainage and other accompanying infrastructure (including fences) resulting from agreements on design solutions with the manager, d) railway traffic control devices (srk) at stations and along the line, e) construction of cubic facilities, f) construction of lcs devices, cuid, csdip devices and systems, smw, cctv, szb, bms, sswin, skd, ssp, dso, sos, g) telecommunication cables with reconstruction of collisions and teletransmission, h) data transmission networks for the needs of control and management of railway traffic and for the needs of other systems, i) engineering structures, including: viaducts, railway viaducts, culverts, crossings under the tracks, tunnels, retaining structures along with their accompanying infrastructure, j) platforms along with roofing and access, drainage and necessary installations including elements of small architecture and information for travelers (development of platforms) taking into account the problem of "architectural" barriers for people with disabilities, k) cable ducting of main cable routes, including: electrical, srk, telecommunication, l) traction network along with elements related to power supply, m) power engineering along with the power supply of facilities and railway receivers, cubic facilities related to the operation of train traffic and customer service facilities of the railway, including container facilities, n) access/technological roads to construction facilities and existing access/technological roads in the investment area along with equipment, o) removal of obstacles (collisions) divided by industries (networks, installations, and railway and foreign devices), p) environmental protection devices, including: construction of acoustic screens, q) conflicting facilities and networks not related to railway infrastructure located in the railway area; 3) works involving the construction of facilities serving environmental protection; 4) conducting the process of assessing the compliance of structural subsystems within the scope of the order at each stage (design, construction, and final tests of the subsystem) and providing the appropriate declarations of eu verification and eu verification certificates for subsystems. a detailed description of the subject of the order of the basic scope is presented in pfu – parts 1,2,3 constituting volume iii of swz. the project is applying for co-financing from the european union from the european fund for infrastructure, climate, and environment - feniks 2021-2027. additional information section 5.1.3 estimated duration: duration of the order: 1) 51 (fifty-one) months from the date of signing the contract in accordance with § 4 wu, located in volume ii of swz, including: a) completion of all works (subject to point c and excluding the interface option) for the basic scope confirmed by the ordering party's last final acceptance of the basic scope, including the transfer to the ordering party of complete as-built documentation and delivery to the ordering party of a complete set of documents related to the certification process – 43 months from the date of signing the agreement, b) completion of all works (excluding the interface option) for the right of option confirmed by the ordering party's last final acceptance of the right of option, including the transfer to the ordering party of complete as-built documentation and delivery to the ordering party of a complete set of documents – 30 months from the date of the ordering party's decision to exercise the right of option, c) delivery to the ordering party of permits for the admission to operation of structural subsystems, in accordance with the railway transport act for the basic scope – no longer than within 8 (eight) months from the date of the ordering party's last final acceptance of the basic scope. 2) interface option - no less than 6 months, subject to the condition that the deadline indicated by the ordering party will not exceed 4 years from the date of activation of the interface option. the ordering party will have the right to activate the interface option throughout the duration of the works and the warranty period of the works, no later than before the expiration of the warranty period for the scope of works related to srk devices.
