lot-0001, title: signalling system for the fjernbane east, description: in the contract notice 2010/s 39-057711, banedanmark announced a contract for the design, building and maintenance of a signalling system for fjernbane east according to the rules of the then applicable utilities directive. the contract was entered into with a consortium consisting of alstom danmark a/s, alstom belgium s.a. and alstom ferroviaria s.p.a. on january 31, 2012. the contract was transferred in 2014 from alstom danmark a/s to alstom transport danmark a/s, which then became part of the consortium. banedanmark informs with this notice that it intends to enter into an agreement to amend the contract. reference is made to section 2.1.4 and section 5.1.6 regarding 'additional information' concerning the description of the changes to the contract.
