(leftout components), plastering with cement mortar 1:4( one cement and four plastering sand ) 20mm thick including all incidental charges such as mixing, scaffolding, finishig,curing for various depths and heights below and above ground level complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers, plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three plastering sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to bis at 2% by weight of cement used including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50kg of cement used, finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers, gravel backing to cast in situ side slopes lining including the cost of gravel at site of work, mixing with water stiff plastic balls and laying and finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification. (canal bed), fixing precast cement concrete slabs of size 45x30x6cm old for lining slopes of the canal with joints not exceeding 6mm oaking the joints with cement mortar 1:3 mix ( one cement and three sand) and simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar and curing for 21 days and as directed by the departmental officers excluding the charges for laying the sleepers and binders of any involved in the work. (crude oil 5% by weight of cement shall be used in cement morter-10m2, earth work deploying earth moving machinery for desilting channel and forming bund on either side depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers complying with standard specification. (having width upto 3m ), supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and shuttering including strutting for all r.c.c. works etc up to 3.29 m height with all cross bracings using mild steel bg 10 sheets of size 90cm x 60cm gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and suitably supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre, including cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. the payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid and the retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor, fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63mm dia screw rod made up of mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the head set assembly and provided with required holes. conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod,conveying and stacking at section store. the screw rod should be painted with two coats of ac black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. the rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete, supplying and fixing pvc water bar 150mm wide with single bulb including all labour charges,conveyance charges for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (25m intervel), providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete of grade m10 using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 10 n/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary; laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick and in bays; compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts; watering curing complete so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing & specifications complete as directed by the engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications, fabricating, supplying and fixing of shutter groove angle made up of 100x100x10mm mild steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 40x40x6mm mild steel angle 3 nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. the groove angle should be painted with two coats of ac black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. the rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete, earthwork excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small sized boulders and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specifications and drawings as directed by the departmental officers. (for foundation), upto 1.50 m below ground level to 1.00 m above ground level, plastering with cement mortar 1:3( one cement and three plastering sand ) 6mm thick for placing the pracast cement concrete slabs including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers, supplying and fixing of side rubber seal - z type with mild steel flat plate throughout the length of rubber seal and fitted with the existing structure by means of mild steel washers, nuts and bolts including dismantling the old corroded bolts by cutting, removing old flats and hardened or damaged old rubber seals beam, then conveying, loading and unloading and stacking to section store, etc.., complete, random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement and four sand) using old stone and bond stones, including simultaneous pointing the exposed surfaces with same mortar and all incidents charges such as bailing out water curing finishing complying with standard specification, trimming the bed and side slope of the bank in all soils except hard rock up to a thickness 7.5 cm and making it ready to receive the concrete as directed by departmental officers, pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) for flush pointing in random rubble masonry complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers, providing and laying in position, standardised reinforced concrete mix m-20 grade in accordance with is:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard granite stone jelly for all rcc items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, of 20mm machine curshed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156kg.of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670kg. of m sand, but excluding cost of reinforement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. the coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with th requirement of is standards, providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete of grade m15 using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40mm (60%) and 20mm (40%); weigh batching the ingredients and mixin
