Wearing Coat 40mm in MASTIC AND BITUMASTIC BEARING COARSE. RCC Crash Barrier on Approaches. Carriageway width 7.50mtr and footpath 1.50mtr on both sides. Appropriate bearings. All tests complete, the cost is inclusive of approaches as per site conditions on each side to make the bridge trafficworthy with the 5.00mtr span culvert & Providing and fixing of main information board, Citizen information board as per MORTH Specifications including all leads, lifts & carriage of material to the site as per scope of work, back filling should be placed in horizontal layers not exceeding 20 cm in thickness to achieve a maximum dry density, River training works / guide banks should be provided to prevent errosion and smooth flow of water and stone blankets with RCC grids should be provided for slope protection / stability. Incl. 20% Plum, Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed stone aggregates for profile corrective base/binder course including loading of aggregates with F.E. Loader hot mixing of stone aggregates in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per MORTH specification to achieve the desired density and compaction but excluding the cost of primer/tack coat 50 to 100mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30@3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90TPH capacity, Design & const. of substructure & superstructure of 165 mtr (61.00mtr centre to centre x 02no.s + 43.00 mtr centre to centre x 01no which can be varied upto 5% in Span) Span steel girder double lane motorable bridge with carriageway width of 7.50 mtr and overall width of 12.00mtr inclusive of Pathway for Padestrain of 1.50mtr on both sides and Piers having average height of 32mtr with comprising of abutments, abutment caps, return walls and wing walls upto the extent og approach slab, approach slab for a length 3.5 mtr on each side, filling complete & superstructure i.e. providing & fixing of appropriate bearings, steel railings, painting, laying of deck slab & wearing coat, Suitable Protection work be provided around the abutment with RCC retainning including design duly approved for 165mtr bridge, 10mtr RCC culvert, 5.00mtr RCC Culvert and Counterfort wall by the competent authority i.e. Design Directorate or any IIT or NIT. latest version to be followed, Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 124 (1 cement2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25, P/L Weep holes in RCC Walls with 100 mm dia pipe, Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering.
