Civil Work in Qtr No E-743 Under Sub Dn Gandhi Nagar I Jaipur (sanction Work). the Test of Material and Workmanship Shall Be Conducted By the Pwd Staff as Necessary. the Result Which Should Conform to the Standard Laid Down in the Detailed Specifications of the Department Proper Quality Control is Required to Be Maintained By the Contractor Qualified Person as Required Under the Contractors Enlistment Rules Duly Approved By the Department Shall Have to Engaged By the Contractor. the Department Reserves the Right to Engage Such Staff and to Recover the Expenses From Contractor on Such Account in Case of Failure. for Avoidance of Any Doubt, Contractor is Advised to Refer Special Conditions of the Contract Attached Herewith. the Sample of the Materials to Be Used By the Contractor Shall Be Deposited Within 15 Days in Advance with the Engineer-in-charge & Got Approved By Him Before Use. the Above Noted Work is Included in the Tender. the Tenderors Should See the Site Fully Understand the Condition at the Site Before Tendering & Include All Lead Lift Etc. for the Materials in His Item Rate. Percentage to Be Quoted on the Rates as Given in the Schedule G. the Work Shall Be Carried Out in Accordance with the Rajasthan Pwd Detailed Specifications the Entire Satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the Work.
