The U.S. Embassy Nairobi (Public Diplomacy Section) will deliver a monthly Road to 250 – American Spaces Festival Tour (Kenya) from February to June 2026, culminating in a July 4, 2026 finale in Nairobi. The contractor is required to design, stage, and execute six one-day America250 festivals, targeting up to 1,500 attendees each. The festivals will include modular tent village, stage/AV, continuous snacks and lunch service, potable water, crowd services, security/safety support, media coverage, and a reusable America250 ''Festival Kit.''
